Message	What is going on with there service dep. I had ordered parts in sept 03 but onmy recieved part of the order. I called when I recieved the shipment to tell them that they forgot the part and reorder at that time. That was oct 03 I called them in dec 03 to check on the order and got the responce that it will be shipped in a few days. I called again in jan 04 and find that the order was lost or never submited form oct 03. So once again reordered the part. Now feb 04 got a part but now the right one. What the hell is going on?!? Who do I need to talk to? I what satisfaction... ANd not another 6 month wait for parts.
